Comedian Jeff Dunham to Emcee Culver City Car Show, Saturday
It’s that time of year again. Thanks to a slew of supporters, the 9th Annual Culver City Classic Car Show, sponsored by the Culver City Exchange Club will take place this Sat. May 12 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in downtown Culver City.
Over 400 classic cars including hot rods will be on show under the banner “Cruisin’ Back to the 50s,” at Culver and Washington boulevards.
This year, renowned custom car innovator George Barris will be back with some of his infamous cars including the Batmobile and the Beverly Hillbillies Jalopy.
Entrance is free; there will be plenty of food for sale and a variety of vendors as well as live music by Luis and the Wildfires, and the Dynatones.
Parking will be restricted to residents only on Watseka, Cardiff and Ince streets and people arriving by car will be directed to the nearby parking structures.
